Heavy blanket weight dark navy 100% wool. Brand new fabric, normally $60 a yard direct. This fabric has a lovely texture with a tightly woven structure. This is a dense fabric designed to withstand the wind and rain traditionally used in peacoats to provide warmth. The fabric does not show the weave and is treated to tighten the weave. Sews beautifully, not scratchy, heavy and thick! blanket weight. Solid navy material with a light texture on the surface, just beautiful! This is thicker fabric which would make a great vest or jacket.
