Aqua Blue Corduroy 10 Wale Cotton 58" Half Yard

100% cotton aqua blue corduroy is perfect for slacks, skirts or a jacket. The wale is the number of ridges per inch. With 10-wale fabric, adds structure and has a soft hand. The width is 58 inches and is cut to order in one continuous piece. The wale runs the length of the fabric. It is an opaque fabric but not thick making it easier to sew.  It has a very nice feel without being weighted down or stiff at 14.2 oz/yard.  
 
With the ability to trap air between its fiber, corduroy is incredibly warm and the perfect fabric for keeping the cold out during the winter months. It is hard-wearing and durable.
