Worsted weight true black fabric superfine 110 Italian 100% wool in a subtle check pattern. Brand new fabric. Made by Vitale Barberis Canonico.


For sale by piece 36" X 58" wide. This is a soft hand with a beautiful drape. It moves like a crepe fabric at 6 oz/yard.  The 1/8" check pattern is woven using a in two directions providing a subtle textile.


 Straight off the bolt! Warm wool: a shawl, skirt or swing jacket, perhaps a quick scarf with this great fabric.


Why wool? It is natural, sustainable, and renewable. I love how easily it sews with ease. Non-flammable, non-allergenic, and just feels good to wear. Durable and timeless is wool.
